Why stress about problems? Life is already complicated as it is. God didn't put you on this earth to stress. He put you on this earth to bless. You made it through stress before and you can make it through this time, too. So, when trials come at you, don't sit back and panic. Look your problems in the face and just say, "meh."

What should you do on this note? Talk about a time that you had a problem, and then God showed you how to deal with it. Then when you had it again, or something similar, you already knew what to do.
